From Meta Business → WhatsApp Manager / developers.facebook.com → your app → WhatsApp → API setup. Use a permanent system-user token.

Access token

Incoming messages: in your Meta app → WhatsApp → Configuration, set the callback URL to with the verify token below, and subscribe to “messages”. Replies go to the agent that last wrote to that number.

Only agents with “Can message people” turned on, and only these people. Numbers without a country code are treated as Indian.

No setup here: open an agent’s Computer tab, take control, open web.whatsapp.com and scan the QR code with that phone. Use it for occasional one-to-one messages only.

Plug in apps through MCP servers: Zapier MCP or Composio (Google Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Shopify, Notion, Slack and thousands more), or any app's own MCP URL. Then tick the connector in each agent's Details. Actions that change data ask for your approval unless you turn that off per agent.
